Hiraible, a Zigron initiative, is seeking a motivated and creative Associate Marketing professional to take ownership of end-to-end marketing campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to lead brand-building efforts, expand social media presence, and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing strategy and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute comprehensive 360° marketing campaigns from concept through delivery.
- Manage and grow all social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
- Develop compelling content tailored for various platforms to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate effectively with sales and design teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with diverse teams.
- Creative mindset with a results-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
