Marketing & BDO (Male & Female)

The Canadian Immigration Council (CIC) in Lahore is looking for a professional and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Executive to join their team on a full-time, office-based role. This position focuses on client communication, lead management, marketing, business development, sales conversion, and maintaining strong client relationships within the visa and immigration consultancy sector. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a confident and professional demeanor, and a strong ability to handle clients effectively while driving business growth. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, following up on leads, promoting services, developing new business opportunities, and converting prospects into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and face-to-face communication.
- Maintain professional communication with both prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide accurate initial information regarding visa and immigration services.
- Consistently follow up with leads and potential clients to nurture relationships.
- Actively promote the company’s visa and immigration consultancy services.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed clients through effective sales techniques.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and other marketing efforts.
- Build and sustain strong professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Keep detailed records of follow-ups and client information for efficient case management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements and case processing are handled smoothly.
- Support ongoing marketing and business development initiatives.
- Work diligently to meet assigned sales, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through proactive efforts.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in immigration consultancy, visa services, sales, business development, tele-sales, lead generation, or client relationship management is highly advantageous. Specific knowledge of Canadian immigration processes, including visitor visas, student visas, and work permits, is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a professional attitude will also be considered.

The compensation package includes a basic monthly salary ranging from PKR 35,000 to 40,000, supplemented by attractive commissions on successful client conversions and performance-based incentives. Additional earning opportunities exist through self-generated and referral clients, with no upper limit on income potential based on performance.
