Marketing & Coordination Assistant

Famlink Power is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive female team member to join our marketing team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Islamabad at our office near F-11 Markaz (F-11/4). The ideal candidate will support daily marketing activities, content creation, and exhibition coordination. Applicants must be Islamabad-based and able to commute to the office, as remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing
- Develop social media captions, product descriptions, promotional copy, and basic marketing content.
- Assist in creating content for product launches, campaigns, and company updates.
- Proofread materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency with brand guidelines.

Basic Graphic Design
- Design simple social media graphics, promotional posts, and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
- Customize existing brand templates for various products and campaigns.
- Maintain visual consistency by adhering to brand guidelines.

Social Media Support
- Help prepare, schedule, and publish content across relevant social media platforms.
- Maintain content calendars and organize marketing assets.
- Monitor engagement and assist in collecting basic performance data.

Exhibitions and Events
- Support planning and coordination of exhibitions, trade shows, and company events.
- Prepare promotional materials, product displays, and other event requirements.
- Provide on-site assistance during events, including before, during, and after exhibitions.

General Marketing Support
- Assist with daily marketing tasks and team coordination.
- Organize content files, product information, and marketing materials.
- Manage assigned tasks responsibly and meet deadlines consistently.

Required Qualifications
- Basic content writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work collaboratively within a team.
- Must be based in Islamabad and available to work full-time on-site at the F-11/4 office.
