Key Responsibilities

Distributor Liaison: Maintain professional and consistent communication with distributors across the country, ensuring effective coordination and support.

Field Force Coordination: Serve as the primary corporate contact for the company’s field force, addressing their marketing needs and facilitating their activities.

Documentation Management: Organize, manage, and maintain all official marketing documents, approvals, and departmental records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy (Pharm-D), or a related discipline.

Experience: At least one year of experience in a coordinator or administrative role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
