We are seeking a motivated professional to support and coordinate our company’s marketing and business development efforts. The role involves generating and maintaining sales leads, facilitating customer communication and follow-ups, and assisting in converting business opportunities into successful sales. This position requires close collaboration with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and effective promotion of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing and business development activities.
- Identify potential clients, markets, industries, and new business opportunities.
- Generate new sales leads through market research, telephone calls, emails, digital platforms, references, exhibitions, and other relevant channels.
- Maintain an updated database of prospects, clients, leads, and business opportunities.
- Regularly follow up with prospective clients and monitor lead status through to conversion.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to prepare and submit quotations, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Arrange and coordinate client meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and business development visits.
- Assist in preparing marketing plans, sales reports, lead-generation reports, and management updates.
- Conduct market and competitor research and provide relevant insights to management.
- Maintain professional communication and strong working relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate participation in exhibitions, seminars, conferences, product launches, and other promotional activities.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, and online business promotion.
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotations and proposals submitted to clients.
- Collaborate internally with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Perform additional marketing, coordination, or business development tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales coordination, business development, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
- Graduation (14 years of education) is required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence effectively.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in digital marketing and participation in promotional events is advantageous.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 80,000 to Rs 100,000.
- This is an in-person role, providing opportunities to engage directly with clients and internal teams.
