Marketing Executive (Fresh Graduates)

This is a full-time, office-based position for entry-level Marketing Executives in the Business Development/Marketing department, located near China Chowk, Lahore. The role offers a fixed basic allowance along with commission-based incentives, making it an attractive opportunity for fresh graduates eager to start their careers in sales, client relationship management, and financial services. Candidates should be prepared to work Monday through Friday with slightly different hours for males and females. Please note that students are not eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generating leads and conducting telemarketing activities
- Meeting with clients and pitching accounts
- Providing financial services related to listed commodities on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX)

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with enthusiasm and motivation to develop a career in business development and marketing
- Ability to work full-time in an office environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- The position includes a structured training program consisting of 3 days of formal training followed by 3 to 4 weeks of on-floor training under the supervision of a line manager. Training is paid as applicable.
- Compensation includes a fixed basic allowance ranging from PKR 25,000 to 30,000 during training, with additional commission-based incentives averaging PKR 40,000 to 50,000 depending on performance.
- Working hours are from 10 AM to 8 PM for males and 10 AM to 7 PM for females, Monday through Friday. The last Saturday of each month is operational only.
