Marketing Expert – Meta Ads & AI Tools (onsite)

ENCS is seeking a skilled Marketing Expert to lead and manage its digital marketing and social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing Meta Ads campaigns, creating compelling social media content, and leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing efforts and productivity. This role requires a hands-on approach to monitoring campaign performance and optimizing results to ensure maximum impact. The position is full-time and based onsite in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, with working hours from 6 pm to 3 am.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Develop creative and engaging social media posts and content tailored to the target audience.
- Utilize AI tools effectively for content creation, marketing strategies, and improving productivity.
- Monitor the performance of digital campaigns regularly and implement optimizations to improve outcomes.
- Manage social media pages, ensuring consistent branding and active community engagement.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing trends and best practices.
- Creative skills in content and post creation that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Practical experience using AI tools to support marketing and content development.
- Excellent analytical abilities to assess campaign data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.

Additional Information:
This is an onsite, night-shift role requiring availability from 6 pm to 3 am. Candidates should be comfortable working during these hours. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000. The work location is in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, and candidates are expected to work from the office.
