Marketing Expert - Web 3

Alasoft is seeking a Web3 Marketing Expert with over two years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, user acquisition, or within the Web3 ecosystem. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of strategies to attract, convert, engage, and retain users through performance marketing, community development, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and data-driven experimentation. This role requires a proactive marketer who can drive growth by leveraging multiple digital platforms and Web3 communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics including ROI, conversions, and user acquisition funnels to inform strategy.
- Conduct testing on new audiences, creative assets, landing pages, and acquisition channels to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, creators, and Web3 communities to amplify reach and engagement.
- Support and nurture community growth on platforms like Telegram, Discord, and X.
- Plan and execute referral programs, promotional campaigns, and user acquisition initiatives.
- Perform A/B testing to optimize conversion rates and user retention.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing or growth roles, preferably within Web3, crypto, blockchain, fintech, or digital product sectors.
- Proven hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms and tools.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on investment (ROI), conversion funnels, and retention metrics.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical abilities combined with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Genuine passion for and knowledge of crypto, blockchain technology, and the Web3 landscape.

Location and Work Schedule:
This is an on-site position based in North Karachi. Working hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Employment Details:
This is a full-time role requiring at least two years of relevant experience.
