Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Background in e-commerce, events, subscriptions, or consumer services is advantageous.
- Exposure to sports, fitness, or wellness sectors is a plus.
- Experience with email marketing and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience building a marketing team from the ground up rather than inheriting an established team.
- Benefits include a company laptop, health insurance upon confirmation, and a senior leadership position within a growing US consumer brand.
This role requires a proactive leader who takes ownership, provides clear feedback, and addresses issues promptly rather than waiting for problems to resolve themselves. The position is full-time and permanent, with a three-month probation period. Candidates will be introduced directly to the client, with the client’s identity disclosed at the first interview stage.
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to provide detailed responses about their experience managing ad budgets, handling underperforming campaigns, team management history, current and expected salary, earliest joining date, and confirmation of their ability to work the specified shift onsite in Karachi.
