Marketing Manager Paint Protection Films

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Marketing Manager for our Paint Protection Films division based in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to expand the client network and manage client relationships effectively. Experience in sales marketing and customer relationship management is essential. This role requires someone who can build personal connections, particularly within the automotive sales sector, and who has a good understanding of cars. Candidates with experience in related fields such as real estate and a versatile personality are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and detailing centers to promote our paint protection film products.
- Actively visit detailing centers to market products and increase brand visibility.
- Build and expand a reliable clientele network through consistent engagement and relationship management.
- Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales marketing and customer relationship management.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry, especially auto sales and car-related products.
- Ability to establish and maintain personal relationships with clients.
- Own bike is mandatory for ease of travel to various locations.
- Versatile personality with the ability to adapt to different client needs and environments.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in other sales sectors such as real estate is considered an advantage.
- Working hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM.
- Salary starts at PKR 50,000 to cover basic expenses, with additional commission opportunities expected between PKR 100,000 to 200,000 based on performance.
