Marketing Officer For Acquiring Drivers

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Marketing Officer based in Islamabad to drive our driver acquisition efforts. This role involves planning and executing local digital and community outreach campaigns to attract prospective drivers. The successful candidate will engage with potential drivers, assist with registrations and onboarding processes, monitor campaign performance, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. The position operates during morning shifts and requires occasional travel within the region. The salary range for this role is PKR 45,000 to 75,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement targeted digital marketing campaigns to attract new drivers.
- Organize and participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness and generate interest.
- Engage directly with prospective drivers to provide information and support throughout the registration and onboarding process.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and tools.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and suggest strategies for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new drivers.
- Manage relationships with local partners and stakeholders to enhance outreach efforts.
- Travel locally as needed to support on-ground marketing activities and events.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in driver acquisition or related fields.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and community engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve campaign outcomes.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work morning shifts and travel as required.
