Marketing Officer

iTecknologi Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic Marketing Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the planning, development, and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms. This position requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing creative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
- Generate engaging content ideas, including visuals, reels, and social media posts that align with the company’s brand identity and target audience.
- Coordinate with the design team to produce high-quality marketing materials and promotional content.
- Manage and expand the company’s social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, audience preferences, and opportunities for brand growth.
- Support event promotions, product launches, and initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Stay informed about the latest marketing tools, trends, and creative strategies to continuously improve brand visibility.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Practical experience of 3 to 6 months in marketing, social media management, or a related creative role.
- Strong creative mindset with a solid understanding of digital trends, visual design, and audience engagement.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, along with basic knowledge of design tools or content creation software.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
