Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Manager to oversee our marketing technology, CRM, and analytics infrastructure. Reporting to the CMO, this role is crucial for managing our marketing automation tool and CRM, ensuring data quality and compliance, and fostering strong collaboration between marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the management and enrichment of lead and account data in our marketing systems.
Ensure database integrity, focusing on data quality, GDPR compliance, and adherence to other data protection regulations.
Collaborate closely with the sales team on list uploads and lead management processes.
Build and optimize processes and systems to enhance marketing operations efficiency.
Own the marketing technology stack end-to-end, including vendor assessment, relationship maintenance, and technology optimization.
Implement lead scoring and routing models to align with sales strategies and improve lead qualification.
Develop training materials and documentation for marketing systems and processes to ensure team proficiency and effective usage.
Own reporting and analytics, so that we can feel confident in the data that we are capturing. Utilize attribution models to better understand the ROI of marketing campaigns and programs.
Manage and mentor the marketing operations team, fostering professional development and operational excellence within the marketing team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of three years hands-on experience in building and managing a marketing automation tool, preferably Hubspot
Expertise in implementing lead scoring and routing mechanisms.
Deep understanding of GDPR and other data protection regulations.
Strong background in CRM management, with a preference on Salesforce.
At least two years of experience managing a team.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales and other departments.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in developing training and documentation.
