This role is responsible for managing the entire outbound operation for a go-to-market team, from building prospect lists to delivering qualified leads to sales. The individual will oversee campaign setup and execution across email and LinkedIn, maintain CRM data integrity, manage email infrastructure and account health, handle lead replies, and provide weekly performance reporting. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where processes are still evolving. Reporting to the Head of GTM and Revenue Strategy, this role focuses on execution, troubleshooting, and daily management of the outbound engine.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to warm leads using approved templates, book demos, and hand off qualified leads to sales with full context.
- Conduct follow-ups and re-engagement campaigns on stalled leads while processing opt-outs promptly.
- Maintain CRM accuracy by importing and updating contacts, companies, activities, notes, stages, deals, and ownership.
- Build and maintain CRM workflows, automations, and integrations with outbound tools; ensure data hygiene.
- Design, launch, and manage multi-step email and LinkedIn campaigns end-to-end, including sequences, schedules, sending limits, and sender assignments.
- Set up nurture and re-engagement flows, apply deliverability best practices, and coordinate lists and senders to avoid overlap.
- Pause, troubleshoot, and relaunch campaigns based on performance and health checks.
- Perform quality assurance on all sequences, templates, and replies against approved copy before launch, ensuring personalization, links, subject lines, signatures, and compliance footers are correct.
- Maintain consistent sender identities across mailboxes and LinkedIn profiles; conduct spot checks on live sends.
- Manage sending domains, mailboxes, DNS authentication, warm-up processes, and monitor bounces, spam complaints, blocklists, inbox placement, and domain reputation.
- Scale sending volume based on account health; maintain LinkedIn sender accounts within platform limits; collaborate with vendors to resolve issues.
- Build targeted prospect lists using scraping, hiring signals, and data tools; deduplicate, clean, and apply suppression lists.
- Enrich contacts with verified emails and phone numbers from multiple sources; prepare calling lists for sales and manage data credits.
- Deliver weekly performance reporting by channel and funnel stage; build and maintain CRM dashboards; differentiate genuine engagement from automated responses.
- Maintain a live tracker of all running campaigns.
- Administer accounts, seats, subscriptions, and credits across the GTM tool stack.
- Document recurring processes as standard operating procedures (SOPs); maintain consistent naming conventions; support sales with clean data, lead context, and CRM fixes.
