As a remote, full-time Marketing Specialist at AssistSol Ltd, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that highlight the company’s Odoo-focused services and solutions. Your role involves conducting market research to gain insights into customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, which will inform the development of effective marketing strategies and campaigns. On a daily basis, you will create and manage digital marketing content, coordinate promotional activities, and collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure messaging aligns with product capabilities.

You will also monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze relevant data, and recommend improvements to enhance reach, engagement, and lead generation. Maintaining consistent communication with prospects and clients to foster a positive customer experience and strengthen brand awareness is an essential part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote AssistSol’s Odoo development and integration services.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Develop and manage digital marketing content across various channels including social media, email, and content marketing.
- Coordinate promotional initiatives and collaborate with sales and technical teams to align marketing messaging with product features.
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics, analyze results, and suggest adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and clients to support brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple marketing projects independently while meeting deadlines in a remote work environment.

Required Qualifications

- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage clients and collaborate with internal teams.
- Proficiency in market research techniques to analyze trends and identify target audiences.
- Experience in marketing strategy and sales support, including campaign design and lead generation.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for managing customer relationships and marketing activities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Analytical mindset with basic skills in reporting and performance measurement, including KPIs and conversion metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience or familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Odoo.
- Background in B2B SaaS marketing is an advantage.
