Marketing Specialist

Creative World Prime is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the team and contribute to the growth of VitalDesk.ai, an AI-powered healthcare solution designed for medical clinics in the USA market. This role focuses on driving B2B lead generation, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting sales efforts to increase brand awareness and market presence. The ideal candidate will work onsite in Karachi, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance and identify new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Manage LinkedIn, email, and digital marketing initiatives to engage target audiences.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
- Support sales conversion efforts by aligning marketing activities with sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and ROI to optimize campaigns.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing.
- Experience working with the USA or international markets is preferred.
- Proven hands-on experience in lead generation and digital marketing tactics.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with SaaS or healthcare marketing is considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive salary package based on experience and skills, ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs120,000 per month.
- Full-time, onsite position located in DHA Phase II, Karachi.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, aligning with the USA market time zone.
