We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with a solid background in digital marketing and project coordination to join our team onsite during night shifts. This client-facing role involves managing and executing various marketing activities while maintaining strong communication with clients. The successful candidate will coordinate marketing projects, track deliverables, and ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns across multiple channels. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing functions and the ability to collaborate with different teams to meet client expectations and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, handling requirements, feedback, approvals, updates, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, deliverables, and priorities across diverse marketing activities.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, social media, design, development, paid media, and other marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Manage marketing calendars, task trackers, deadlines, and project documentation to maintain organization and transparency.
- Oversee the completion of assigned marketing activities with accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate SEO efforts, including keyword research, competitor analysis, blog content management, content updates, and SEO performance tracking.
- Facilitate social media planning, content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.
- Manage and monitor advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Support email marketing initiatives, newsletters, website updates, lead tracking, and other related marketing activities.
- Track and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, Moz, social media insights, and other tools.
- Prepare project updates and marketing performance reports for client meetings and internal reviews.
- Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Identify and address project delays, gaps, or issues by proactively coordinating with team members.
- Review marketing deliverables and coordinate necessary revisions before client presentation.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, project coordination, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, website marketing, lead generation, and analytics.
- Excellent client-facing communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Semrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, Mailchimp, and Meta Business Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of how various marketing functions integrate to support overall business objectives.
- Experience in B2B, staffing, recruitment, or professional services marketing is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and proactively advance tasks with minimal supervision.
Experience
- Full Cycle Marketing experience of 4 years is required.
Additional Details
- Working hours are from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday through Saturday.
- This is an onsite position located in a commercial area within Model Town.
