The Curriculum Development Specialist – Mathematics plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of mathematics education by developing comprehensive curriculum resources, assessments, and digital learning materials. This position focuses on supporting effective curriculum implementation through the creation of engaging instructional content, conducting research on educational trends, and collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with organizational curriculum standards and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality instructional materials such as textbooks, teacher guides, worksheets, and supplementary resources in both English and Urdu.
- Design formative and summative assessments that align with curriculum objectives and desired learning outcomes.
- Create engaging e-learning content and teacher support resources aimed at strengthening content knowledge and improving classroom practices.
- Conduct research on emerging trends, pedagogical approaches, and best practices in mathematics education to inform ongoing curriculum improvements.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure instructional materials are visually appealing and aligned with learning goals.
- Work closely with curriculum, assessment, teacher development, and digital learning teams to support various curriculum initiatives.
- Assist in curriculum mapping, resource development, pilot implementation, and continuous improvement projects to enhance educational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
- Experience in curriculum and instructional material development.

- Excellent written communication skills in both English and Urdu.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Google Workspace, and familiarity with Generative AI tools.
