We are currently looking for an MBBS Doctor to join our Lahore-based team as a Clinical Manager. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing clinical operations, managing a team of medical professionals, liaising with healthcare providers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure smooth workflow within the team.
- Manage and lead a team of medical professionals, fostering collaboration and professional development.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to coordinate clinical and administrative activities.
- Monitor clinical documentation and patient data to support accurate billing and coding processes.
- Collaborate with billing and claims teams to optimize reimbursement and reduce claim denials.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient care quality.
- Support training initiatives related to clinical documentation and medical software usage.

Required Qualifications:
- MBBS degree with solid knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage patient data and improve billing workflows.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare providers and internal teams.
- Proven experience or aptitude in team management and leadership within a healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in medical software and IT tools relevant to billing and claims processing.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and capability to meet deadlines consistently.
