Key Responsibilities

Support the MEA CRM Transformation and Field Force of the Future (FFOF) Programme by assisting the MEA OU FFOF Manager with programme planning, governance, status reporting, and coordination of inputs from MEA markets. This involves consolidating business requirements, tracking readiness, managing issues and dependencies, maintaining action logs, decision records, deployment schedules, and risk trackers, and escalating significant issues when necessary. Prepare progress updates and analysis for programme and leadership forums, and support testing, go-live, and hypercare activities across markets.

Facilitate CRM deployment, adoption, and user enablement by coordinating implementation activities with local Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) teams. Support Super User and Data Steward communities, prepare and deliver training content with guidance from the MEA OU FFOF Manager and subject-matter experts, monitor adoption and user feedback, recommend follow-up actions, and ensure smooth communication between global, OU, and local stakeholders.

Assist with data migration, governance, and data excellence by supporting data extraction, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities. Conduct routine data-quality checks, investigate exceptions, coordinate remediation with markets and data teams, support healthcare professional (HCP) master-data and identity-resolution improvements, and track first-party data completeness, consent, and compliance indicators while escalating risks promptly.

Contribute to advanced analytics, automation, and Next Best Action initiatives by building and maintaining dashboards and recurring reports related to performance, opportunity, data quality, and productivity. Support user testing and monitoring of AI-driven Next Best Action capabilities, and produce concise insights and exception reports to aid decision-making by the MEA OU FFOF Manager and market teams.

Support field force effectiveness and performance by consolidating market performance data, identifying gaps and trends, maintaining performance dashboards and reporting packs, and providing analysis for Annual Business Planning, performance reviews, and commercial effectiveness discussions.

Assist in segmentation, targeting, and field force optimization by preparing data, templates, and market guidance for segmentation cycles. Support scenario modelling for territory alignment and resource allocation, maintain approved tools and documentation, and track completion across markets.

Required Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines effectively. Practical experience in CRM systems, field-force effectiveness, commercial operations, data management, or reporting. Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with Salesforce or Veeva CRM is advantageous. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in collaborating across countries and functions. Ability to adhere to governance standards, handle data responsibly, solve routine problems independently, and escalate issues appropriately. Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility, and a continuous improvement mindset.
