Key Responsibilities
Support MEA CRM Transformation and FFOF Programme Delivery:
Assist the MEA OU FFOF Manager with programme planning, governance, and status reporting related to the migration from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud. Coordinate inputs from MEA markets, consolidate business requirements, readiness updates, and manage issues and dependencies. Maintain action logs, decision records, deployment schedules, and risk trackers, escalating significant issues as needed. Prepare progress updates and analysis for programme and leadership forums. Support testing, readiness, go-live, and hypercare activities across participating markets.
CRM Deployment, Adoption, and User Enablement:
Coordinate implementation activities with local Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) teams and track progress against plans. Support Super User and Data Steward communities by providing materials, coordinating meetings, and following up on issues. Prepare and deliver training content under guidance from the MEA OU FFOF Manager and subject-matter experts. Monitor adoption, gather user feedback, identify recurring support needs, and recommend follow-up actions. Facilitate communication between global, OU, and local stakeholders.
Data Migration, Governance, and Data Excellence:
Support CRM data migration through extraction, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation. Conduct routine data-quality checks, investigate exceptions, and coordinate remediation with markets and data teams. Assist with HCP master-data and identity-resolution improvements. Track first-party data completeness, consent, and compliance indicators, escalating risks promptly.
Advanced Analytics, Automation, and Next Best Action:
Build, refresh, and quality-check dashboards and recurring reports related to performance, opportunity, data quality, and productivity. Support user testing and monitoring of AI-driven Next Best Action capabilities. Produce concise insights and exception reports to aid decision-making by the MEA OU FFOF Manager and market teams.
Field Force Effectiveness and Performance Support:
Consolidate market performance data, highlighting gaps, trends, and exceptions. Support the development and maintenance of performance dashboards and reporting packs. Provide analysis for Annual Business Planning, performance reviews, and commercial-effectiveness discussions.
Segmentation, Targeting, and Field Force Optimization:
Assist segmentation and targeting cycles by preparing data, templates, and market guidance. Support scenario modelling for territory alignment, workload balancing, and resource allocation. Maintain approved tools and documentation and track completion across markets.
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously. Practical experience in CRM, field-force effectiveness, commercial operations, data management, or reporting. Good analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with Salesforce or Veeva is advantageous. Clear written and verbal communication skills and confidence working across multiple countries and functions. Ability to adhere to governance, handle data responsibly, solve routine problems independently, and escalate issues appropriately. Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility, and a continuous improvement mindset.
