The MEA OU Field Force of the Future (FFOF) Manager will be instrumental in leading the commercial transformation across the MEA region. This role focuses on driving the transition from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, embedding innovative CRM capabilities, and enhancing field force effectiveness through data-driven insights and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the MEA CRM Transformation and FFOF Program by serving as the business lead for migrating from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud. Collaborate with global teams to co-design CRM solutions tailored to local markets, influence the global CRM roadmap, and oversee deployment and adoption strategies. Provide regular progress updates and manage risks with MEA leadership.

Oversee CRM Deployment, Adoption, and Capability Enablement by managing rollout plans for Salesforce features such as Territory Management, Call Planning, CLM, Sampling Management, HCP Consent, Rep Triggered Emails, WhatsApp Content Sharing, Segmentation, Performance Dashboards, VOC solutions, and AI-driven Next Best Actions. Lead super-user communities, facilitate training sessions, and embed new working methods.

Manage Data Migration, Governance, and Data Excellence by leading CRM data migration efforts, establishing governance standards, driving data quality initiatives, and partnering with global teams to enhance master data and identity resolution. Champion first-party data excellence and compliance.

Drive Advanced Analytics, Automation, and Next Best Action by collaborating with global data and technology teams to automate insights, scale AI-driven recommendations, and develop automated dashboards for performance tracking, opportunity identification, and productivity improvements. Lead Power BI automation initiatives.

Enhance Field Force Effectiveness and Performance Excellence by defining harmonized KPIs, standardizing measurement methodologies, developing dashboards, supporting annual business planning, and delivering performance reviews and commercial effectiveness reporting.

Design and govern Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) frameworks by defining incentive KPIs aligned with business priorities, automating tracking and reporting, and improving transparency and governance of incentive calculations.

Lead Segmentation, Targeting, and Field Force Optimization by guiding audience prioritization, resource allocation, and territory strategies. Partner with analytics teams to derive actionable insights and develop optimization tools to maximize field investment returns.

Promote Continuous Improvement, Innovation, and Capability Building by identifying process simplifications, sharing best practices, leading capability development for SFE Managers and Data Stewards, and fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.

Manage and Develop MEA Field Force Resources by linking resources to business outcomes through KPIs, establishing stakeholder forums, and coaching teams to unlock potential and strengthen capabilities.

Required Qualifications

Proven strategic leadership experience in large-scale commercial transformation programs. Strong stakeholder management skills across global, regional, and local teams. Expertise in CRM systems, field force effectiveness, and commercial operations. Solid knowledge of data governance, analytics, and automation. Ability to influence without authority and work effectively within a matrix organization. Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity.
