Key Responsibilities

Lead the MEA commercial transformation agenda as the Field Force of the Future (FFOF) Manager, driving the transition from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud across Expert and Pharmacy channels. Act as the MEA business lead for CRM transformation, ensuring local market needs influence the global solution while enhancing field force effectiveness through data-driven decision-making, digital innovation, and operational excellence. Collaborate closely with Global Expert, ComEx, Product, Tech, and Salesforce teams to design and implement next-generation capabilities that improve healthcare professional engagement, execution, and sustainable growth.

Drive the rollout and adoption of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud features such as Territory and Alignment Management, Call Planning, CLM and e-Detailing, Sampling Management, HCP Consent Management, Rep Triggered Emails, WhatsApp Content Sharing, Segmentation & Targeting, Performance Dashboards, Voice of Customer solutions, and AI-driven Next Best Actions. Lead implementation with local SFE teams, manage super-user and data steward communities, deliver training programs, and embed new working methods until adoption is business as usual.

Oversee CRM data migration from Veeva to Salesforce, establish data governance standards, and lead data cleansing, validation, and quality improvement initiatives. Partner with global data teams to enhance identity resolution and master data quality, building scalable frameworks for compliant, personalized customer engagement and championing first-party data excellence.

Collaborate with global data and technology teams to automate field force insights and recommendations. Translate business challenges into actionable data solutions, scale AI-driven Next Best Action capabilities, and lead Power BI automation initiatives to reduce manual reporting and improve business visibility.

Define and govern harmonized MEA field force KPIs, standardize definitions and methodologies, develop performance dashboards and reporting frameworks, support Annual Business Planning through insights, and deliver leadership performance reviews and commercial effectiveness reporting.

Design and govern MEA Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) frameworks, define incentive KPIs aligned with business priorities, automate SIP tracking and reporting, and enhance transparency, accuracy, and governance of incentive calculations.

Lead regional Segmentation & Targeting strategies, guide priority audience identification and resource allocation, partner with global analytics teams for actionable insights, define field force deployment principles, and develop optimization tools for resource decisions.

Identify opportunities to simplify processes, share best practices, lead capability development of SFE Managers, Super Users, and Data Stewards, foster a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making, and champion adoption of digital and AI-enabled solutions.

Manage MEA field force resources aligned with business outcomes through KPIs, establish stakeholder forums to review performance, and coach SFE Managers and Super Users to unlock team potential.

Required Qualifications

Proven strategic leadership experience in large-scale commercial transformation programs. Strong stakeholder management skills across global, regional, and local teams. Expertise in CRM systems, field force effectiveness, and commercial operations. Solid background in data governance, analytics, and automation. Ability to influence without authority and operate effectively within a matrix organization. Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Veeva CRM migration projects is highly desirable. Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and automation tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
