Accrescent Engineers (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor – BTD (Contract) for an ongoing project based in Multan. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of relevant experience and possess a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical or a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical. This role requires hands-on supervision of mechanical installations related to Busbar Trunking Distribution (BTD) systems, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of project tasks at the site.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the mechanical installation and assembly of BTD / Busbar systems at project locations.
- Oversee the installation of supports, enclosures, joints, bends, flanges, and other mechanical components.
- Read and interpret general arrangement (GA), fabrication, assembly, and installation drawings accurately.
- Coordinate effectively with Project Engineers, Electrical Supervisors, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and supervise technicians, fabricators, and subcontractors, assigning daily work activities and monitoring progress.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, dimensional accuracy, and mechanical fit-up in accordance with approved drawings.
- Monitor the availability and usage of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower on site.
- Identify mechanical installation issues promptly and coordinate technical solutions to resolve them.
- Maintain daily progress reports and installation records to track work status and compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, quality control, and site safety regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with BTD / Busbar Trunking or electrical panel and industrial installation projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from mechanical and engineering drawings with precision.
- Excellent site supervision skills, including coordination and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to work on-site in Multan and travel to various project locations as necessary.
