Topline Resource Group (TLRG), a Lahore-based outsourcing company supporting U.S. businesses, is seeking a Media Upload Specialist to join their team on-site in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. This full-time position operates on a night shift schedule aligned with U.S. business hours, Monday to Friday starting at 5:00 PM PKT. The role focuses on accurately uploading and publishing media content across various platforms for a U.S.-based brand. All creative assets, copy, links, and instructions are provided by the marketing team, which handles strategy, audience targeting, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and be comfortable managing a high volume of uploads with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Upload and configure paid advertisements in Meta Ads Manager, ensuring correct placement within campaigns and ad sets using approved creatives, copy, links, and instructions.
- Support paid ad uploads on additional platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, AppLovin, and Reddit as needed.
- Publish and schedule organic posts and videos on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and other assigned channels.
- Conduct thorough quality checks before publishing, verifying captions, headlines, thumbnails, links, calls to action, aspect ratios, subtitles, and previews.
- Ensure all uploads have received necessary approvals prior to going live.
- Identify and report any missing assets, conflicting instructions, rejections, or access issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records by updating upload status, ad/post IDs, and live links in the content queue using ClickUp.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with the U.S. marketing team through Slack.
- Manage a consistent, high-volume workload of ad uploads and organic posts across multiple platforms.

Required Qualifications

- Proven hands-on experience uploading ads in Meta Ads Manager (mandatory).
- Experience publishing or scheduling content on multiple social media platforms.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive, high-volume tasks accurately.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site during night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with YouTube Studio, TikTok, Reddit, or AppLovin platforms.
- Familiarity with task management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello, and communication tools like Slack.
- Background in ecommerce brands or marketing agencies is advantageous.

- Clear, approved creatives and instructions provided for every task.
- Direct collaboration with a U.S.-based marketing team.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 120,000.
