MEDICAL BILLER

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to efficient billing operations within a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in medical billing, strong communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. This position is based in Bahria Town Phase 7 and requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit medical claims to insurance companies accurately and timely.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits before claim submission.
- Follow up on outstanding claims and unpaid insurance balances to ensure prompt resolution.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve claim rejections and denials effectively.
- Post insurance payments, adjustments, and patient payments into the billing system.
- Manage accounts receivable (A/R) and monitor aging reports to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) to confirm accurate payment processing.
- Communicate with insurance companies to check claim status and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential billing records in compliance with patient privacy regulations.
- Assist with appeals, resubmissions, and other billing-related tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and timely billing operations.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in medical billing within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical claims processing, insurance procedures, and denial management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to handle billing issues efficiently.
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward learning and adapting to new processes.
