Medical Billing AR Followup Specialist

Vigilant Medical Group Ltd. Co is seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join our Revenue Cycle Management team as AR Follow-up Specialists. This role is based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad and requires in-person attendance. We have four open positions for candidates with a minimum of four years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections, and enhancing the organization’s overall cash flow. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with management to optimize collections and improve financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead AR follow-up specialists in managing aging claims and outstanding balances. Monitor insurance and patient balances to ensure timely resolution of payments. Regularly review aging reports and prioritize collection activities accordingly. Resolve issues related to claim payments and delays in reimbursements to maintain steady cash flow. Ensure that productivity, quality, and performance targets are consistently met. Train, mentor, and provide ongoing support to team members to enhance their effectiveness. Collaborate with management to develop strategies that improve cash flow and optimize collections performance.

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing accounts receivable follow-up is essential. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid claims processes is required. Candidates must demonstrate excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve payment issues efficiently. Effective communication skills are necessary to interact with team members and management. Proven ability to manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and oversee team performance is expected.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Candidates with at least 4 years of overall experience in AR follow-up will be preferred. The position provides a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs100,000. Work location is strictly in person at Rawalpindi or Islamabad.
