Medical Billing & Business Development Expert

Tekzotech is seeking an experienced professional to manage operations for a US-based client in the fields of medical billing, call center activities, and marketing. This role is based in Lahore, Pakistan, and requires working night shifts aligned with US business hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US medical billing processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary and opportunities for growth within a stable work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the entire medical billing process, including claim submission, follow-ups, denial management, payment posting, and patient account handling.
- Professionally manage calls with US insurance companies, clinics, and patients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Resolve unpaid and denied claims promptly while maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Support marketing initiatives and assist with daily business operations as required.
- Follow instructions meticulously and ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or an equivalent field.
- Proven expert-level experience in US medical billing, accounts receivable (AR) calling, or working within a US call center environment.
- Strong understanding of insurance claims, denials, and the overall billing cycle.
- Fluent and confident spoken English skills, suitable for professional communication with US clients and partners.
- Solid business acumen with effective decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness and ability to work consistently during night shifts (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM Pakistan Time).
