Medical Billing & Coding Trainer Required

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Billing & Coding Trainer to educate and guide fresh students in this specialized field. The ideal candidate will have relevant education and practical experience to effectively deliver training and ensure students gain a strong foundation in medical billing and coding processes. This role requires in-person teaching near UCP, with flexible working hours and a negotiable salary based on experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on medical billing and coding to new students.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with industry standards and curriculum requirements.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and regulations in medical billing and coding to ensure accurate and current instruction.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
- Collaborate with educational coordinators to enhance training materials and methodologies.

Required Qualifications
- Relevant education in medical billing, coding, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Practical experience in medical billing and coding, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the subject matter.
- Strong communication and teaching skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to beginners.
- Ability to commit to in-person training sessions near UCP.
- Availability to work 6 to 8 hours per week.
