Corvids Lab is looking for a skilled Medical Billing Specialist & Healthcare Job Closer who has a thorough understanding of the US healthcare billing process. This unique dual-role position combines hands-on medical billing expertise with client engagement and sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage billing operations while also communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and successfully close new healthcare projects. This role demands a balance of technical knowledge in medical billing and strong interpersonal skills to drive business growth and maintain lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of medical billing including claims submission, payment posting, denial management, accounts receivable follow-up, and insurance verification.
- Navigate and apply knowledge of US healthcare billing processes, insurance protocols, and payer requirements.
- Review claims carefully to detect billing errors or missing information and take necessary corrective measures.
- Follow up on denied, rejected, or unpaid claims to ensure timely resolution and maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate and current billing records and patient/account information.
- Communicate professionally with healthcare clients to understand their billing needs and resolve any concerns.
- Conduct calls and meetings with potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Identify client challenges and recommend tailored billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions.
- Prepare and present customized service proposals to prospective clients.
- Manage sales leads, maintain the sales pipeline, and advance opportunities toward successful closure.
- Negotiate contract terms and close medical billing and RCM projects effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and implementation after sales.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to support long-term partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM).
- Strong knowledge of US medical billing procedures, insurance processes, and payer requirements.
- Hands-on experience with claims processing, denial management, accounts receivable, payment posting, and eligibility verification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence in engaging with US-based clients and understanding their business needs.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or closing healthcare/medical billing projects is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert leads into closed projects.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working across US time zones.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with combined experience in Medical Billing, RCM Sales, and Client Closing will be strongly preferred. Experience working with medical billing companies, RCM firms, healthcare providers, medical practices, or US-based healthcare clients is an added advantage.
Compensation: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
