We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Coder to join our healthcare team onsite at M M Alam, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have between six months to one year of experience in medical coding, with a foundational understanding of US healthcare systems and coding standards including ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS. This role requires working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze patient medical records and clinical documentation thoroughly.
- Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on the documentation provided.
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with all applicable guidelines and standards.
- Identify missing or unclear information in medical records and coordinate with relevant parties for clarification.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity while consistently meeting assigned targets.
- Stay informed about updates and changes in medical coding guidelines and payer requirements.
- Uphold confidentiality of patient and healthcare information at all times.
- Collaborate with billing and healthcare teams to resolve any coding-related issues efficiently.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field is mandatory.
- Six months to one year of relevant experience in medical coding.
- Basic knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Good communication and analytical skills to interpret clinical documentation accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high accuracy.
- Willingness to work night shifts as per the schedule.
