Naeem Hospital, Lahore is seeking a skilled Medical Officer specializing in Medicine to join our dedicated medical team. The successful candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge and practical experience in patient management. This role requires the ability to independently assess and manage a variety of medical cases across outpatient, emergency, and inpatient settings, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in OPD, Emergency, and Inpatient departments.
- Take detailed patient histories and conduct thorough clinical examinations.
- Manage common medical and emergency cases efficiently.
- Monitor patient progress and evaluate their response to treatment plans.
- Review and interpret laboratory and diagnostic reports accurately.
- Assist consultants during patient rounds and clinical procedures.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation.
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies.
- Coordinate care with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere strictly to hospital protocols, infection control standards, and patient safety procedures.

Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid PMDC registration/license.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience as a Medical Officer.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work in shifts and manage emergency situations confidently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate Residency (PGR) in Medicine is highly preferred.
- Candidates with over 3 years of hands-on experience in Medicine, Emergency, and Inpatient care will be given preference.
