Medical Representative

Wingrow Pharma is looking for a dedicated Medical Representative to join its team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare providers. This position involves accurately and ethically communicating product information to enhance awareness and support the overall performance within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities
- Present approved product information to healthcare professionals across the assigned Lahore territory.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of pharmaceutical products in a clear and ethical manner.
- Plan and execute regular visits to healthcare facilities to ensure product visibility and awareness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for business improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance territory performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all communications and activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar pharmaceutical sales role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently within the assigned territory.
- Ethical approach to product promotion and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Familiarity with the Lahore healthcare market and its key stakeholders is preferred.
