Lab Diagnostic Systems (LDS) is seeking a motivated and target-driven Medical Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves actively engaging with healthcare professionals and outlets to promote LDS products within designated territories including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, and Peshawar. The ideal candidate will be energetic, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for achieving sales targets while building lasting relationships with customers in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare outlets within the assigned territory to promote LDS products.
- Provide detailed product information and presentations to doctors and healthcare professionals to support product awareness and usage.
- Generate product orders from pharmacies and healthcare customers, ensuring consistent sales growth.
- Ensure effective product placement and availability at pharmacies and relevant healthcare outlets to maximize market penetration.
- Identify new customers and explore business opportunities within the assigned area to expand the customer base.
- Follow up on orders to guarantee smooth product delivery and availability.
- Achieve assigned sales, order generation, product placement, and coverage targets consistently.
- Submit daily visit reports and provide regular market updates to the reporting manager to track progress and market trends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification of Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, or diagnostic sales will be considered an advantage.
- Strong sales orientation with a target-driven mindset.
- Willingness and ability to conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, candidates with relevant experience in the healthcare sales sector will be given priority.
