Education & Experience:
· Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharm-D), Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience:
· 2+ years of sales experience (in similar role) in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Skills & Abilities:
· Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex pharmaceutical information.
· Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product benefits.
· Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities to foster long-term client partnerships.
· Negotiation Skills: Proficient in closing deals and negotiating contracts with healthcare professionals and distributors.
· Microsoft Office: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes. Apps etc.
Personal Attributes: · Self-Driven: Driven and able to work independently while managing a sales territory.· Resilience: Capable of handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude.
· Team Player: Collaborative spirit with a willingness to support colleagues and share knowledge.

Additional Requirements: · Willingness to Travel: Open to frequent travel within assigned territory, including overnight trips as needed.· License: Valid driver’s license

· Regular reporting on sales activities and market trends.
Pay: Rs73,000.00 - Rs103,000.00 per month
