Medical Sales Representative

The Medical Sales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position focused on promoting Remington Pharma’s product portfolio to healthcare professionals and institutions. The representative will be responsible for visiting hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to present product information and build strong, long-term relationships with medical practitioners. The role requires managing a defined territory, achieving sales targets, and monitoring competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Additionally, the representative will organize and participate in product presentations, maintain detailed records of customer interactions, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely product supply and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote Remington Pharma’s products to healthcare professionals and institutions within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to present product information and address inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with medical practitioners and key stakeholders.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Organize and participate in product presentations and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including supply chain and marketing, to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Proven skills in medical sales, including territory management and sales planning.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities to effectively engage healthcare professionals and handle inquiries.
- Foundational knowledge of medicine and pharmacy to understand product indications, contraindications, and therapeutic uses.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Basic data analysis capabilities for sales reporting and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in the field with a valid willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in standard office software and CRM tools.
