Medical Scribe Executive

Caregenix Solutions is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Medical Scribe Executives. In this role, you will support U.S.-based healthcare providers by ensuring accurate clinical documentation and effective patient record management. This position requires a strong commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality while working closely with healthcare professionals to document patient encounters accurately.

Key Responsibilities
- Document patient encounters, including medical histories, examinations, assessments, and treatment plans.
- Review and maintain accurate patient charts and medical records.
- Verify patient eligibility and program criteria to ensure compliance.
- Review CPT and ICD codes for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and address missing or inconsistent clinical information.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere strictly to HIPAA requirements.
- Consistently meet documentation quality and productivity standards.

Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Medical Scribe, Medical Transcriptionist, Clinical Documentation Specialist, or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong English communication skills and proficiency in computer use.
- Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Graduates from all degree backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Additionally, candidates with Intermediate, O Level, or A Level qualifications are also welcome.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems such as eClinicalWorks (eCW), Athenahealth, or Epic is preferred.
- Competitive salary package ranging from Rs55,000 to Rs150,000 per month.
- Additional fuel allowance provided.
- Full-time, on-site work mode based at Cherry’s Plaza, DHA Phase 7, Karachi.
- Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
