Medicare Call Center Agent – Freshers & Experienced

Strive BPO is currently looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our Medicare Sales Campaign as Call Center Agents based in Rawalpindi. This opportunity welcomes both freshers and experienced candidates who have strong English communication skills and a genuine interest in sales. The position requires full-time, on-site work during night shifts, focusing on meeting sales targets while providing excellent customer service in a professional call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Medicare sales campaigns.
- Communicate confidently and persuasively with customers to promote Medicare products.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- Provide accurate information and efficiently resolve customer inquiries.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies during all interactions.

Required Qualifications
- Strong command of English communication, both verbal and written.
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience in Medicare, BPO, call centers, customer service, or sales.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Confident and convincing communication skills.
- Residency in Islamabad or Rawalpindi is mandatory.
- Willingness to work night shifts, as this is a night-shift only position.
