Medicare Front-End Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients by effectively promoting Medicare products and services.
- Manage customer inquiries with professionalism and clear communication.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to refine sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts, as the role operates exclusively during night hours.
- Residency in Islamabad or Rawalpindi is mandatory due to the on-site nature of the position.
- Strong persuasion and customer-handling abilities to successfully close sales.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; however, experience in Medicare sales, front-end sales, BPO, or call centers is advantageous.
