Medicare Sales Representatives

We are seeking experienced and motivated Medicare Sales Representatives to join our US-based call center campaign. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in Medicare sales within a call center environment and possess strong communication and sales skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients as part of the Medicare sales campaign.
- Effectively communicate Medicare plan options and benefits to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Maintain a confident and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Utilize strong persuasive skills to convert leads into sales.
- Adhere to campaign guidelines and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on Medicare campaigns in a call center setting is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and conversational.
- Demonstrated ability to sell and convince customers effectively.
- Confidence and professionalism in all forms of communication.
- Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented and target-driven work environment.
