Key Responsibilities
The team member will support the planning, creation, and execution of digital media initiatives across various platforms affiliated with the Jang Media Group. This includes coordinating closely with editorial, design, and technical teams to ensure seamless content development and scheduling. The role involves monitoring audience engagement and analyzing performance metrics to optimize digital campaigns. Participation in brainstorming sessions and contributing ideas to enhance digital products and workflows are essential. Additionally, the member will assist in implementing new tools and formats, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality and timely digital content.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work effectively within cross-functional media teams and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. A strong interest in digital and mobile media trends, audience behavior, and emerging formats in news and entertainment is crucial. Excellent organizational and time-management skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Clear written and verbal communication skills in English are required, with proficiency in Urdu considered an advantage. Familiarity with basic digital tools and platforms such as social media, content management systems, and analytics dashboards is expected. While relevant education in media studies, communications, marketing, or related fields is preferred, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will also show initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
