The Member role is a full-time, on-site position based in Multan, supporting daily export operations. This role involves coordinating orders, preparing necessary documentation, and facilitating communication between local stakeholders and international clients. The Member will play a key part in monitoring product quality, ensuring shipment information is accurate, and assisting with logistics and administrative duties to fulfill customer requirements. Additionally, the role requires maintaining strong relationships with buyers and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, compliance with company procedures, and effective collaboration within the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate export orders and prepare all required documentation to support smooth shipment processes.
- Communicate effectively with local teams, suppliers, and international clients to ensure clear and timely information flow.
- Monitor product quality and verify shipment details to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with logistics coordination and administrative tasks to meet delivery schedules and compliance requirements.
- Support relationship management with buyers and suppliers, fostering trust and cooperation.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure alignment with company policies and operational goals.

Required Qualifications

- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage documentation, records, and operational workflows efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for coordinating with diverse stakeholders, including local teams and international clients.
- Basic understanding of export processes, logistics, or supply chain operations, with a keen interest in the food or FMCG sectors.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools such as email, spreadsheets, and word processing software, with attention to accurate data handling.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Multan, managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail under time constraints.
- Educational background in business, commerce, logistics, or related fields is advantageous.
- Prior experience in export or trading environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, international business environment and eager to learn about global markets including MENA, Nordics, DACH, and Benelux.
