MEP Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Draftsman to join our team based in Islamabad, Bahria Town Phase 8. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drafting, with the ability to produce precise technical drawings and layouts. This role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and effective coordination across projects. This is an on-site position offering a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate MEP technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure drawings meet project specifications and standards.
- Review and update existing drawings to reflect changes and modifications.
- Coordinate with various disciplines to ensure integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the overall design.
- Maintain documentation and records related to drawings and revisions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in MEP drafting with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to create and interpret MEP drawings.
- Solid understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and their integration.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates with additional certifications or training in MEP design or drafting will be preferred.
- Competitive salary range from Rs50,000 to Rs80,000 per month based on experience and skills.
