Q-Links Property Management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced MEP Draftsman to join their team for commercial and construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and coordinating detailed MEP drawings, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. A strong command of AutoCAD and a solid understanding of MEP disciplines are essential to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Develop HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting layouts based on approved designs.
- Create plans, sections, elevations, details, schematics, and equipment layouts.
- Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural and structural drawings to ensure consistency.
- Revise drawings according to engineer or consultant feedback and site requirements.
- Prepare material and equipment layouts along with necessary MEP details.
- Maintain proper drawing standards, revisions, and documentation for all projects.
- Conduct site visits as needed to verify existing conditions and monitor installation progress.
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to resolve drawing-related issues and clashes.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an MEP Draftsman, preferably with exposure to high-rise projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit MEP is considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately.
- Experience in MEP coordination and clash resolution to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Good communication and coordination skills to effectively work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple drawing revisions and meet project deadlines efficiently.
