MEP Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled MEP Draftsman to join our team for residential projects located in Bahria Town Phase 08, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings, collaborating closely with engineers and the project team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed MEP drawings specifically for residential buildings.
- Draft layouts for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Translate engineers’ sketches into comprehensive and accurate drawings.
- Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural and structural plans to maintain consistency.
- Revise drawings as required and ensure timely submission of all deliverables.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman, with a focus on residential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience with Revit MEP is considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of MEP drawing standards and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
