Our team provides integrated engineering solutions through design, calculations, technical documentation, BIM coordination, and consultancy. We work closely with architects, clients, and project stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient, and code-compliant building systems. We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site MEP Engineer based in Rawalpindi to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
The MEP Engineer will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various building projects. This includes ensuring seamless integration with architectural and structural plans. Daily tasks involve preparing detailed calculations and drawings, conducting site visits to monitor installation work, and resolving technical issues in collaboration with project teams. The role requires active participation in coordination meetings and reviewing contractor submittals to maintain project quality and compliance.
Additionally, the engineer will support adherence to local codes and standards, contribute to cost estimation and value engineering efforts, and assist in commissioning activities such as testing and inspection. Preparing comprehensive technical documentation and reports will also be a critical part of the role to ensure project transparency and accountability.

Proficiency in MEP coordination, including multidisciplinary integration and clash detection, is essential. Experience in plumbing system design and installation review is required, along with a solid understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals related to power distribution, lighting, and safety systems.
A relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or an equivalent technical discipline) is mandatory. Candidates should have a minimum of five years’ experience working on building projects, preferably in commercial or mixed-use developments. Knowledge of applicable building codes, standards, and best practices for MEP systems is crucial. Familiarity with engineering design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD is required, while experience with BIM/Revit is considered an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to document work thoroughly are important. The candidate must demonstrate effective collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with HVAC systems, firefighting, and alarm systems will be considered a significant advantage. Candidates who can prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), equipment schedules, and technical specifications will be highly valued. The role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects within a supportive and professional environment, fostering career growth and technical development.
This position is ideal for a motivated MEP Engineer seeking to contribute to innovative building projects while enhancing their expertise in a collaborative setting.
