We are seeking an experienced MEP Planning Engineer with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP systems and project planning. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing and coordinating planning activities to ensure timely project delivery. Immediate availability for joining is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera or other project planning tools.
- Perform Quantity Take Offs to accurately estimate materials and resources required for MEP works.
- Plan and allocate resources efficiently to support project timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align planning activities with project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect changes or delays.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to project planning and progress for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in MEP systems and project planning.
- Proficiency in Primavera or equivalent project planning software.
- Strong understanding of Quantity Take Offs and resource planning methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with other project management tools and software is a plus.
