MEP Supervisor – Civil Works

MSD Tire & Rubber Company Limited, based in Lahore, Pakistan, is looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Supervisor with knowledge of civil works to join their Engineering/Projects department on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil activities at project sites. This role demands hands-on management of site operations, ensuring workmanship quality, adherence to technical specifications, and effective collaboration with contractors and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation and maintenance activities related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Oversee civil works including masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and minor construction tasks.
- Coordinate daily site operations with contractors, technicians, engineers, and project management to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor progress to guarantee timely completion of work within approved specifications.
- Inspect materials, workmanship, and installations to uphold quality standards.
- Enforce workplace safety procedures and site regulations consistently.
- Identify and report technical issues or discrepancies, facilitating appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain daily progress reports, material usage records, and all relevant site documentation.
- Track material consumption to minimize wastage and optimize resource use.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in supervising MEP works alongside civil construction activities.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, technical specifications, and practical site execution.
- Ability to effectively manage contractors, technicians, and daily site operations.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 150,000. The role requires physical presence at the work location in Lahore.
