We are seeking two experienced MEP Supervisors to manage and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation activities at our construction sites located in Khairpur and Larkana. The successful candidates will oversee daily site operations, liaise with technicians and subcontractors, track work progress, and ensure that all MEP installations adhere to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role requires hands-on supervision to maintain smooth workflow and timely completion of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily MEP installation tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting systems as applicable.
- Collaborate closely with site engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and other construction teams to ensure coordinated execution of work.
- Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Verify that all MEP installations comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Review drawings and work with the engineering team to resolve technical issues encountered on site.
- Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections, testing, and approvals.
- Ensure proper installation, alignment, routing, and positioning of all MEP services.
- Track material requirements and coordinate with store and procurement teams to prevent delays.
- Enforce compliance with site safety procedures and applicable standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation.
- Identify site issues, report any delays, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical qualification.
- Proven experience in MEP supervision within construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP systems relevant to the project scope.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications accurately.
- Experience in site coordination, manpower supervision, and progress monitoring.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at construction locations in Khairpur and Larkana.

Compensation and Work Details:
This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary range of Rs55,000 to Rs75,000. The work environment is primarily on construction sites in Khairpur and Larkana, Sindh, Pakistan. Candidates must be prepared for in-person work at these locations.
