The role involves coordinating orders received from the Marketing Department for patches, labels, badges, and related textile accessories. This includes understanding order details, managing sampling and approvals, overseeing production coordination, and ensuring timely delivery. Success in this position requires accurate execution of customer requirements, effective interdepartmental communication, and adherence to approved specifications to complete orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and process orders from the Marketing Department, managing the entire workflow from order receipt through production and delivery.
- Understand detailed product requirements such as patch type, artwork, size, colors, materials, backing, finishing, and other specifications.
- Coordinate sampling, approvals, revisions, and production instructions with relevant teams.
- Prepare order sheets, costing details, and all necessary production-related documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Design, and Quality departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor production progress, including quantities, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, approvals, revisions, and production status.
- Provide timely updates on order status to the Marketing Department to ensure transparency and alignment.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in patches, labels, badges, textile accessories, or related manufacturing environments.
- Strong practical knowledge of embroidered patches, woven patches, PVC/rubber patches, labels, badges, tapes, webbing, and similar products.
- Proven experience in order coordination, product processing, or production coordination roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications for documentation and communication purposes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously while meeting strict production deadlines.
- Immediate availability for candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
